Salad topper

November 21, 2015

This is so easy and again something I have in my kitchen all the time! Its so handy to throw on top of salads for an extra crunch or in a wrap, on a dip and so on. I normally just use what I have in my cupboard which could include any type of nuts, dried fruit and seeds.

For this one I used:

50g Pepitas

50g Sunflower seeds

10g Sesame seeds

20g Macadamia nuts

20g of dried mixed goji berries,

– cranberries, inca berries and blueberries

Method

  • Chop any of the larger ingredients such as nuts
  • Add into a jar and give it a shake
