Sophie offers private one on one coaching in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. She operates out of Rushcutters Bay, Potts Point and Double Bay.
She coaches Personal Training, Health Coaching, Weight Loss, Meditation and Getting back on track after a relationship breakdown.
If you live in this area she will consider coaching at your house as well if suitable.
