My interview for 'Woman's Hour' live on BBC Radio 4 - meal prep

Woman's Hour is a radio magazine programme broadcast on BBC Radio 4 in the United Kingdom. They offer a 'female perspective' on the world and cover all kinds of topics ranging from sex and relationships to food and health. 'Woman's Hour' has quite the following in the UK and with around 3.9 million listeners I was thrilled to be invited onto the show.

They invited me to talk about meal prep and healthy eating. Although 'meal prep' is not a new phenomenon it seems to have exploded on Instagram recently and I seem to be recognised as one of the leaders (thanks Daily Mail).

The interview considers whether meal prep is actually healthy and why it has become so popular.
