Grilled Nectarine and Halloumi salad: BONDS blog

I feel so lucky to be associated with such an iconic Australian brand such as BONDS! Recently they asked me if I had any summer recipes I could include in their last e-mag and this one sprung to mind! I love getting the BBQ out and making vegetarian skewers to go with yummy salads so this was the perfect recipe to showcase just that!
