tropical smoothie

Tropical smoothie recipe. I love tropical flavours like these, in my opinion you really can’t beat, fresh pineapple, mango and coconut..YUM!

You will need:

1/2 a ripe mango, fleshed

1/2 cup of fresh pineapple, diced

1/2 a cup of shredded coconut

3 medjool dates

150ml of coconut water

sprinkling of chia seeds

sprinkling of raw core love

Protein (optional)

2 blocks of ice

Method:

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender, I use the vitamix
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy
