So easy and delicious…..and almost too pretty to eat!
I think every other morning of the week I’m in such a rush so this bowl of yummy usually takes place over the weekend. No its not just fruit and yoghurt I would like to think it takes a whipped, delicious twist!
You will need:
100ml of yoghurt – I use vegan coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup slivered/chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
selection of different fruit
I topped off with chia seeds and the remaining nuts
- Blend everything for the coconut yoghurt in a high speed blender reserving some of the nuts for topping
- Arrange in a bowl with the selection of fruit
- Enjoy x x
