I don't think I remember a time where sportswear has been so accepted. Wearing some Nike dunks and cotton harem pants was never something I would envisage me stepping out of the house in. Clearly things have changed and I love the fact you can get away with wearing these pieces and still feel relatively 'put together'.
Sydney has such an awesome attitude to 'activewear' and sites such as Stylerunner and ModeSportif make it very easy (and oh so dangerous) for people like me to shop up a storm and manage to open up a parcel with a pair of Nike dunks coupled with a Valentino handbag!
All I can say is I hope this trend is here to stay!
