Banana and mango smoothie bowl

I wanted to put this on my site before I forget about it! As well as it looking so pretty it was so tasty and full of lots of goodness! I love my smoothie bowls (if you follow me on instagram you will know only too well!) and this is a great one to add to the collection :)

You will need:

1 x banana, peeled

4 medjool dates

100-150 ml coconut water (depending on how thick you want it)

1/2 cup of coconut

the flesh of one mango

2 - 4 big blocks of ice

2 tbsp cacao

breakfast crunch

protein ** optional

edible flowers ** optional

Method:

  • Blend all of the ingredients, except 1/2 a mango, flowers and breakfast crunch. I use a Vitamix s30

  • Add more coconut water or filtered water if necessary

  • Serve in a bowl and top with the remaining 1/2 mango (chopped), breakfast crunch and flowers

  • Enjoy x x
