Berry & kiwi smoothie

This is a simple smoothie I make at home when I pick up a few kiwi's at the market. I usually always have mixed berries in my fridge or freezer so I can add in other fruits when I like.

This is refreshing and so tasty with the coconut!

You will need:

2 x kiwi fruit

1/2 cup of strawberries

1/2 cup of raspberries

1/2 cup of blueberries

1/2 cup of desiccated coconut

200ml coconut water

Protein powder** optional

2 large blocks of ice

Method

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender, I use the vitamix

  • Blend and check consisitency

  • Add any extra ice or water if needed

  • Enjoy x x
