Kale and kiwi smoothie bowl - Slinkii

As I’m sure you all know by now I love my smoothies and you can’t go past a delicious and nutritious smoothie bowl post-workout.

If you are not a fan of kale you can substitute this for spinach (I LOVE Kale though!) You can be as inventive as you like with your ingredients or toppings and if you are ‘on the go’ just pop this smoothie into a mason jar (without the toppings) and go!
